Lusitano Studbook back on 5th place in the Dressage Breed World Ranking

The breed was also highlighted in Stallions and Breeders ranking 

The Purebred Lusitano Studbook, in the Dressage horse breed classification, rose to 5th position (9,499pts) in the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) ranking on April 30, 2022 (includes results validated by the FEI for the period between 10/01/2021 and 04/30/2022), composing the score, «Escorial Horsecampline» (x Spartacus CSM), 1783pts, «Euclides MOR» (x Riopele) 1655pts, «Favorite 11» (x Vulcano) 1589pts, «Ecuador» (x Peralta Pinha) 1562pts, «Garrett» (x Unico) 1479pts and «Fugaz da Lagoalva» (x Rico Gub) 1431pts.


In Dressage, Studbook KWPN remains in the first position (11,695pts), followed by Oldenburg (11,150pts) and Danish Warmblood (DWB) (10,629pts).


The World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) has also published a list of the best stallions in Dressage, S.O. and Full Competition. The score obtained by these descendants determined the entry of their parents to a place in the Top 100 of this ranking.


In the Dressage discipline, the Lusitano Rubi AR is among the Top 50 of the world ranking of stallions in 2022.


In the world ranking of breeders, Coudelaria Santa Barbara, through the results achieved by the Brazilian rider João Victor Oliva with «Escorial Horsecampline» (x Spartacus CSM), appears in 20th place among 545 dressage horse breeders.
